Arb, have you seen the videos of the 'Ready Steady Go!' TV shows from the UK? They ran from '63 to '66, and according to Wikipedia, The Animals were among the featured artists. I have a VHS tape of a fantastic show featuring Otis Redding from 16 September 1966, and Eric Burdon and Chris Farlow are 'special guests'. I It's been awhile since I've watched it, and I just can't recall if it's with the Animals, but I do recall Eric Burdon's performance blows Chris Farlow away. The Otis Redding performance is outstanding. The sound and camera work are pretty good for the time.

Sorry, no Animals. Eric Burdon and Chris Farlowe are backed by Otis' band. Chris Farlowe's 'This is a Man's World' is better than I remembered, just never been a big fan of his. Eric does 'Hold On, I'm Coming'

and Eric and Chris join Otis and band for 'Shake' and 'Land of 1000 Dances'

The whole 25 minute Otis Redding set is - Satisfaction / My Girl / Respect / Hold On w/ EB / This is a Man's World w/ CF / Pain In My Heart / I Can't Turn You Loose / Shake and 1000 Dances with EB and CF. Worth checking out if you're an Otis fan.
